Delete your Heartio account

Deleting your account is permanent, takes under a minute, and happens right inside the app.

In the app

  1. Open Heartio on your iPhone.
  2. Go to the YOU tab.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile, guesses, scores, streaks, and Attune history — everything tied to your account. Deletion is permanent; there is no undo and nothing we can restore afterward.

Subscriptions: Your subscription is managed by Apple — deleting your account does not cancel it; manage it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Can’t access the app?

If you can’t open Heartio anymore — lost device, uninstalled, whatever the reason — email us and we’ll handle the deletion manually. Write from the email address on the account so we can verify it’s you.
