The one-liner
Heartio is a 30-second daily practice that helps you get better at sensing your own heart rate, then turns it into a game you will want to come back to.
Boilerplate
Heartio is a heart-rate awareness practice for iPhone and Apple Watch. You feel your heartbeat, commit to a guess, and your Watch reveals the truth — and every reveal sharpens your Attune score, a living 0–100 read of how well you know your own heart. Built by a founder with Afib episodes who turned constantly checking his heart rate into a daily game of noticing, Heartio makes body-awareness playful: daily guesses, streaks with Lifelines, guided sessions on the wrist, and a monthly Heart Report. It measures awareness, not health — it is not a medical device.
